Working as a personal, ‘invisible’ writer, I take on a limited number of writing commissions each year.
Each piece is approached with care, discretion and complete confidentiality.
Commissions may include: Speeches | Tributes | Eulogies | Personal letters | Public or Professional Addresses
Or any moment where finding the right words matters.
The process begins with a conversation.
I take time to ask questions and understand what you want to say – the stories, the tone and what matters most. From there I compose a piece that reflects your sentiments and connects with those receiving it.
Timings vary depending on the piece - most commissions are completed within a few days to a week. Where needed, shorter time frames can be accommodated.
How It Works
Each commission begins with a short initial conversation (typically 10-15 minutes) to understand the context, requirements and whether I am the right person for the piece.
If appropriate, I will follow up with a proposal outlining the next steps. Once agreed, we will arrange a more in-depth discussion where thoughts, ideas, memories and intentions are explored.
From this, I carefully shape and compose the writing in the time frame agreed upon, finally fine tuning if required.
Commissions vary in length and complexity, typically falling into shorter, standard or more extended complex pieces depending on the nature, length and time required.
Each is approached individually, with the same care, discretion and complete confidentiality.
